ARRIVAL:

Please arrive for your session 5-10 minutes prior to the session start time. This is for in person and virtual sessions/readings. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Human Design Readings and all virtual sessions will be done through Podcastle or Riverside. You will receive an email after booking that will give you the link to our session as well any other information that you might need.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all of my clients and out of consideration for the practitioner’s time, I have adopted the following policies:

• 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a session. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session. If you are unable to give the 24-hour notice or cancel your session before the 24-hour mark, then you will be charged 100% for your missed session.

REFUND POLICY:

• Full payment is due when scheduling a session or reading. Should you cancel before the 24-hour mark or give a 24-hour notice then you will be refunded the full amount.

• The refund policy will apply to Human Design Readings as long as the PDF has not been sent out yet. If the PDF of your chart has been sent to you then no refund will be given.
